Send us an email, use the contact form below or give us a call on 03 9811 7043 to speak to our friendly staff about booking an assessment. Assessments can be done in person or over the phone, and are completely free.

Step 2


U-Pocket can come to your home or workplace to assess your bills, or alternatively email them to us for a phone assessment. We will take a good look at your bills, and ask a few questions to determine what will work best for your situation. We never sell your information or pass it onto any third party without your consent, and all of your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Step 3


After your assessment U-Pocket will have a thorough understanding of your situation and needs, and will be able to identify areas in which you could be saving on your bills. We do the research and the leg work to get you the best deal for your situation. We’re not like the huge companies who get paid to simply swap your providers, we will swap you if that’s the best option and we wont try to sell you anything, like solar panels for example, if it’s not right for you.

Step 4


U-Pocket will present you with suggested solutions on how you can save money. You will have all the information to make an informed decision regarding your finances and utilities. We aren’t going to force you into anything, and you can reject any of our suggestions if you don’t feel they fit. If you choose to implement them (and we’re pretty sure you will) we’re here every step of the way to make the process as simple as possible. We’ll even fill out any forms and forward them on so you don’t have to.
